- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Screw this bank. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Got there at 11:50am waited in a line while other cars got in other lines after noon and was serviced but then the car in front of me finally gets to go. Tells them she needs three transactions done they say ok then they tell me they can't take me even though I was sitting there for 20 minutes, almost 30. Told me to use ATM which I couldn't because for some reason they blocked my ATM card. Told me have a nice day and come back Monday. I need money now not Monday. This isn't the first time they've screwed me over. Good customer service is not present there. I'll be going back Monday to close my account completely , tired of dealing with these knobs.By Torrie Gall, September 02, 2017
